What we collect depends on how you interact with us.

If your organization uses ServicePulse, we process account details needed to run the product: name, email, role, sign-in identifiers, and organization membership.
Contact and demo request information
If you submit a contact form, demo request, or email through servicepulse.tech, we may collect name, company, email, phone, message content, and other fields you provide. These submissions may be stored in our systems so we can review and respond.
Product usage data
We may collect operational and diagnostic information about how authorized users use ServicePulse. Examples include feature usage, performance logs, error reports, and security events. We use this to run, secure, and improve the service.
Customer-provided business data
